I guess Sundays bring out the baker in me. Who knew? I started off today with Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits, Herbed Goat Cheese, Bacon & Beet Flatbread, and for dinner I am trying to make the Cuban breakfast that I ate at Patachou in the Park recently. But as a twist instead of doing a fried egg, I am going to grill quail that’s been marinating in a honey, lime, jalapeno vinaigrette then place it over white rice, black beans, and avocado. But of course before I start dinner I have mounds of laundry that have taken over our house.
