Happy Birthday week to my husband, best friend, and better half!

A tribute to him:

On the last night of our honeymoon we went to a restaurant called
Couloir on top of the mountain looking out over the Four Seasons. On top of
their menu was this quote that has obviously become my mantra and I thought
it was appropriate for my entry this week:

Queso and Guacamole Burgers with Sauteed Poblano Peppers and Chipotle Black Bean dip

Buttermilk and Paprika Chicken Tenders with Goat Cheese & Dill Potato Salad

Shrimp Tacos with Mexican Rice

Salmon a la Risotto for John’s birthday (I have been working on making this perfect
for some time because John had it in Italy and was dying for me to make it)
