Chicken Cacciatore

Lately things have been a little crazy in the Hall house. Even though cooking is a great stress reliever for me, the crock pot comes to my rescue in times of need. Just chop a few veggies and add the rest of the ingredients and let the slow cooker do it’s thing.

With this recipe you can change out the red white for white wine if you prefer  to. The main difference is in southern Italy, cacciatore often uses red wine, while northern Italy uses white wine. Both flavors are amazing!

Super Easy right?! The boys loved it for our Wednesday night dinner.

And this dish is right in time for National Slow Cooker Month. Or if you are craving another slow cooker meal try out a big bowl of this Cream Cheese Chicken Chili.

Wow, we made this dish last week! However, I did not make it in the crockpot, that's a great idea!
