Holidays


Definitely has been a while but in my defense I hosted my first Thanksgiving at our house. It was fabulous! Our menu included my first ever turkey, ham, three cheese mashed potatoes, cornbread dressing, roasted fall squash, seven layer salad, fruit salad, pumpkin pie, apple pie, and tiramisu. It was a success!

Menu for the Week:
Quail & Grits with Duck in a demi glace sauce and Roasted Vegetable Salad with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette (this was for our 1st Hall/Hartley dinner party- we were celebrating Jordan & Stuart’s marriage and many dinner parties to come)
Thai Dumpling Soup & Teriyaki Vegetables
Pot Roast & Stuffed Zucchini
I have found a lot of recipes lately on Pinterest I can’t wait to try and make my own.
