Jazz Kitchen

Think New Orleans Latin fusion. And yes jazz music (not quite so much in the kitchen) but when we walked into the restaurant they had about a 9 piece jazz band playing. Who doesn’t love someone playing the saxophone?  Great atmosphere!
I ordered the Not-So-Cajun Chicken Pasta was filled with oven-roasted garlic chicken breast, mushrooms, red onions sautéed  in a cajun cream sauce served over capellini pasta or cajun rice.

 
Definitely will do a “restaurant remake” on this and go back to try their paella.
This dish put me in the mood to make some pasta jambalaya this weekend!
