Chicken, Sun Dried Tomato, Artichoke Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby kale lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts drained and quartered
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup shaved Asiago cheese
  • Parmesan Herb Dressing

Instructions

  • Add the lettuce, chicken, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, and cheese to a large bowl.
  • Add in some of the dressing – a few tablespoons. Toss well.
