Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Whisk the ketchup, marmalade, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger in a small bowl.
On a baking sheet prepared with cooking spray place chicken thighs (meatier side up). Brush the chicken with half of the sweet and sour sauce reserving other half for later.
Roast until the chicken has an internal temperature of 165°F, about 25-30 minutes. If they are not ready, continue roasting and checking the temperature every 5 minutes.
Serve with rice or veggies.
